A Board consisting of 11 members, including the mayors of both Dallas and Fort Worth, is responsible for budgeting, commercial development and leases, contracts, and Airport investments as well as numerous administrative, financial and operating policies and procedures, with a goal of ensuring DFW’s success now and in the future.
