Environmental, Social, and Governance Report

Sustainability by Design

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is committed to providing transparent information about its performance and impact on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. The ESG report is published annually. This report covers fiscal year 2021 (FY21) October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. Unless otherwise noted, data in the report reflects this timeframe.

2021 marked the second year of a global pandemic where extraordinary uncertainty and difficulty continued for much of our world and our industry. To support our business through recovery while preparing for the future, we rolled out a new strategic plan that built on past successes and prioritized important initiatives looking forward. Resiliency and adaptability were essential for our employees and partners as travel rebounded and DFW remained one of the busiest airports in the world.
