The Access DFW office has moved to Terminal B, B17 (outside security)
In response to COVID-19 and recommended precautionary measures, Access DFW will reduce our staff and office hours effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020. The revised Access DFW office hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Our team will continue to work as efficiently as possible to meet the needs of our customers. Please contact your designated Authorized Signatory for additional information. You may also contact Access DFW by email or phone.

Employees can make an appointment or join our line as a walk-in by using the “Join the Line” button above from wherever they are. This way, you can continue working (or relaxing at home) until we are ready to see you.
Before coming to see us, please be sure you can answer “yes” to both of these questions:
Did you receive an email letting you know we are ready to see you? If not, contact your Authorized Signatory. An Authorized Signatory is the designated representative authorized to request Airport Identification badges and maintain employee records on behalf of their agency.
Have you reviewed the Badge Identification Requirements for the required documents to ensure you have valid, acceptable documentation, and that your documents are originals (not copies) and in good condition (for example, are all names and numbers readable)?
Bring your documents with you - first time, every time!
