A guest arrived in Terminal D one evening from Cancun and after taking an Uber home, realized he had left three bags on the curb at the airport. He immediately returned to the airport where he met Waseem. Waseem, instead of just directing the customer to call DPS, called on the customer’s behalf and stayed with the guest until he was able to retrieve his luggage. The guest said that Waseem was very nice and patient as they waited and stayed with him the entire time. The guest was highly appreciative of the great customer service that we provide here at DFW Airport.
