On June 21st, I received a phone call from a customer who wanted to express her appreciation to Neveen Eskander. Nancy stated that Neveen stepped up and provided a wheelchair for her husband. She took them to the ticket counter and helped them with their luggage. There was excessive heat on the curbside during that time. They also offered Naveen a $20 tip which she politely declined. Nancy also mentioned that she was thankful for Neveen's exceptional assistance, unwavering support, and genuine kindness. Neveen made her and her husband's experience memorable while traveling through DFW airport.
