Kaleigh Williamson received a call from a customer stating that she may have dropped an envelope that contains an important check in one of the entry lanes when she came to the airport earlier that afternoon. The customer was worried and stated that it was important for her to find that check.
Kaleigh, using her knowledge of the Parking Control System, was able to determine the exact lane she entered and reached out to her team lead Fady Kamel to check the CCTV for that lane. Fady was able to locate the envelope on the ground and went to pick it up. The customer was very appreciative of the whole team and was amazed at how the team came together for her.
