Directions to DFW
Enter the Airport from State Highway 183 on the south, or State Highway 114 or Interstate 635 on the north. The Airport has one main road, International Parkway, which runs the length of the Airport, north to south. All terminals, parking areas and on-site hotels are accessible from this road. Once you enter through the north or south plaza entrances, follow the signage to the terminal you are picking up from or dropping off at.

Entry/Exit Plazas
Customers will arrive through either the North or South plaza entrances of the Airport. Tolltag is available for easy, automated entry and exit. If you do not have a tolltag, you can obtain one from NTTA (North Texas Tollway Authority).
For those that do not have a TollTag, ticket lanes are available and can be paid via cash/credit when exiting. If you are being picked-up/dropped off from a hotel shuttle or another authorized ground transportation (limousines, shared ride etc.) tolls are included with your service.

Pick-up
Find Baggage Claim
Find out the baggage claim area your arriving passenger will be exiting by looking up their flight information here or on the app. Doors to exit the terminal are located near baggage claim areas.
Those picking up passengers may park in one of DFW’s one-hour parking spaces located on the first rows of DFW’s Terminal Parking.
Cell Phone Lots
Friends or family picking up passengers may choose to use the Cell Phone Parking Lot, situated at the north end of the airport. The lot allows free waiting of up to 2 hours until the passenger calls to say that they are ready for curbside pick-up.
The Cell Phone Parking Lot is open 24/7 and vehicles must not be left unattended at any time.
Drop-Off
Curbside Drop-off
If you are dropping off someone at the airport, follow the signs to the terminal. Passengers can be dropped off at the curbside at the upper level of all terminals.
Curbside check-in with your airline is available in terminal. Check our airlines page for your airline's curbside checkin location.
Smartcarte's are readily available for use when needing to load luggage.
Active/Loading Notice
A reminder that all terminal curbsides are designated for active loading and unloading only. Customers are encouraged to park in the one-hour parking spaces should they need more time.
Unattended vehicles at the curbside or vehicles parked at curbsides that are not in loading stage will be subject to a fine.
