All Aboard
There are three public transit options that you can connect to right from our terminals. DART primarily services to Dallas and TEXrail primarily services to Fort Worth, while TRE connects services between the two major cities.
Whether you’re flying in or out of DFW, public transportation is an easy and convenient way to reach the terminals.
Travelers have multiple convenient rail options that connect directly to DFW:
- DART’s Orange Line: Service extends from Plano, through downtown Dallas and Irving, before arriving at Terminal A.
- DART’s Silver Line: This new service, launched in October, originates in Plano and stops in several cities along the way to DFW’s Terminal B, including Richardson, Addison, Carrollton, and Coppell – bypassing downtown Dallas for a faster northern route.
- Trinity Metro’s TEXRail: Starts in downtown Fort Worth, passing through North Richland Hills and Grapevine to Terminal B – offering an easy west-side connection.
- Trinity Railway Express (TRE) connects Dallas and Fort Worth to the CentrePort/DFW Airport Station, with easy terminal transfers via the TRE Link shuttle.
No matter which public transit service you choose, going from train to plane is easy.
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) rail service at DFW is a great way to visit many Dallas sights, landmarks and more – all without a car.

Access
Orange Line Access
Departing Passengers: From DFW Airport Station, follow signs to Terminal A departures. For departing gates other than A, ride our Terminal Link Shuttle to Terminal B, C, D or E.
Arriving Passengers: Exit your Terminal and proceed to lower level A10. If you arrived at Terminal B, C, D or E, ride our Terminal Link Shuttle to Terminal A and proceed to the DFW Airport Station.
Silver Line Access
Departing Passengers: From DFW Airport Station, follow signs to Terminal B departures. For departing gates other than B, ride our Terminal Link Shuttle to Terminal A, C, D or E.
Arriving Passengers: Exit Terminal B at B30 Lower Level to access TEXRail Station. If you arrived at Terminal A, C, D or E, ride our Terminal Link Shuttle to Terminal B and exit Lower Level at B30.
