At DFW, there is always someone to lend a helping hand. Our Airport Customer Experience service team members (dressed in DFW orange shirts and black pants) are stationed throughout the terminals ready to provide you with the best customer service. These dedicated employees can be found in the terminals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you have any questions and concerns on your travels or need help on getting around DFW, feel free to reach out to them and they can best direct you.

The customer experience service team also helps to ensure all public facing areas are clean, working and friendly at all times. They are focused on making certain that services and amenities are in line with our customers’ expectations.
