DFW AIRPORT, Texas — Jan. 26, 2021 — Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport has been named Public Agency of the Year by the Regional Black Contractors Association (RBCA).
This honor recognizes noteworthy accomplishments made by the Airport to increase participation of Black contractors in Airport projects and working collaboratively with RBCA to improve processes and procedures that may create obstacles to the success of minority businesses looking to do business at DFW Airport.
RBCA President Kimberly Shaw highlighted DFW’s enterprise-wide commitment from the CEO to front line workers by saying, “The entire team demonstrates that executing with excellence and valuable collaboration is of highest priority. This commitment is evident not only in your client relationships but also through corporate responsibility, opening doors and creating opportunity. DFW Airport continues to be a role model for building capacity and community impact through valuable partnerships.”
