(DFW AIRPORT, Texas) – September 24, 2021 – Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport is pleased to announce the launch of new international service between DFW and Istanbul aboard Turkish Airlines. The airline will service four direct flights per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday) beginning September 24, utilizing Boeing 787-9s on the route.
“As the most connected airport in the United States, DFW is pleased to introduce non-stop travel from Istanbul to North Texas for the first time,” said Sean Donohue, Chief Executive Office, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. “This new partnership with Turkish Airlines reflects DFW Airport’s commitment to continued growth and providing customers with more travel options.”
Turkish Airlines is the national flag carrier airline of Turkey and will become the 15th international carrier serving DFW Airport.

The inaugural flight from DFW Airport, TK 192, is scheduled to depart September 24, 2021 at 8:25 p.m. local time and is anticipated to arrive at Istanbul Airport (IST) at 3:50 p.m. local time.
