Milton De La Paz is Vice President of Airline Relations and Cargo Business Development at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and directs the airport’s primary business goal to grow the core business of domestic and international passenger and cargo airline service. He also leads efforts to optimize business performance with all passenger and cargo airline partners at DFW.

Milton is an accomplished senior commercial executive with more than 25 years of airline experience in the aviation and commercial airlines industry. He is responsible for the execution of DFW Airport’s short- and long-range new air service strategies and for the airport’s strategy to retain and grow existing airline service. He also leads DFW’s air cargo business development strategy including new air cargo route development initiatives, facilities and infrastructure assessment and DFW air cargo community engagement.

Al joined DFW International Airport in February 2019, and is responsible for directing the implementation and execution of DFW’s cargo business strategy to attract new cargo airline services and to increase the airports overall cargo throughput.  

Al brings more than 25 years of experience and working knowledge in the freight forwarding industry, airline business, air cargo industry and the airport cargo real estate world. He will provide key leadership for DFW Airport in the execution of short- and long-range strategies and initiatives toward achieving specific market objectives.

Bill joined DFW International Airport on March 2, 2020.  Bill has the primary responsibility for implementing the DFW Cargo Cloud, business development from the catchment area, and a variety of other short & long-term initiatives.  Bill has over 25 years of experience in the air cargo industry in airline sales & revenue management, freight forwarder operations, and airline technology.

Daniel Newman – Strategic Initiatives Manager, Cargo Business Development at DFW International Airport. Dan joined DFW International Airport in September 2022. He has primary responsibility for growth and facilitation of e commerce and pharmaceutical product transiting DFW, cargo business development from the catchment area, and a variety of other short & long-term initiatives. Dan has over 30 years of domestic and international air carrier experience in cargo sales, operations, compliance, and station management.

Michael Scholz – Business Development Manager, Cargo at DFW International Airport. Michael joined DFW International Airport in August 2023. Primary focus for growth and facilitation of oversized and special projects transiting DFW, cargo business development from the catchment area, and a variety of other short & long-term initiatives. Michael has 20 years of freight forwarding, international projects and experience in cargo sales, operations, compliance, and Gateway management.

Ashley joined DFW International Airport in August 2025. She has primary responsibility for directing cross-functional projects that support both Airline and Cargo Relations, including providing tactical support for strategic initiatives, and managing projects that enhance collaboration with airline partners. She brings a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and event execution, with a focus on building collaborative relationships and delivering successful outcomes.

Ashley Hodge

Lillian has been working as the DFW International Airport representative in Mexico with Sales Internacional since December 2015.  She is the liaison between DFW Airport and the Mexican market. 

Lillian is responsible for developing sales, marketing and communication strategies in order to generate more Mexican traffic to and through DFW Aiport. She connects DFW with passenger and cargo arilines, freight forwarders and logistics companies in Mexico.
