DFW total cargo throughput was down (-12.4%) in Q1 2023 vs. Q1 2022. Total cargo tonnage at the Airport for the quarter came in at 199,480 US tons vs. 227,757 US tons in 2022. Macroeconomic conditions continue to impact throughput at DFW and most global regions. According to WorldACD’s global capacity & traffic trends analysis, chargeable weight to/from North America was down between 18-24% YOY during Q1, depending on the week.
