The Capacity Building Program Series is a six month educational program which offers a variety of customized training for those interested in doing business with DFW and those who are already doing business with DFW.

Technical Resources
Bonding Applications Assistance Assistance to disadvantaged small, minority and women-owned contractors in completing necessary elements of the bond application package in different areas. The process also includes a review of completed bond packages for thoroughness and accuracy, as well as, identification of surety bond procedures and underwriters for proper consideration of bond applications.
Support Resources
Guidance with general administrative, personnel management, invoicing, preparation of change orders and project budges will also be provided Contractors can receive assistance with developing business plans that include establishing industry benchmarks, project management and administrative procedures.
