Water Positive - Stormwater
DFW Airport manages more than 258 miles of stormwater infrastructure and dozens of outfalls across multiple watersheds, with regular monitoring to protect water quality. This real-world work mirrors the kit’s hands-on investigations, reinforcing how sampling, data, and prevention support DFW’s commitment to being water positive through responsible watershed stewardship.
