Leading the Way
The foundation of DFW’s success has always been sound governance. DFW looks to the Board and senior leadership to govern responsibly. Their respect for DFW’s regional, national, and global significance enables them to lead wisely, to not only ensure DFW’s well-being but to pave the way for its future growth and success.
Sound governance is vital to the continued success of DFW. A Board consisting of 11 members, including the mayors of both Dallas and Fort Worth, is responsible for budgeting, commercial development and leases, contracts, and Airport investments as well as numerous administrative, financial and operating policies and procedures, with a goal of ensuring DFW’s success now and in the future.
