Earning Points and Redeeming Rewards
Points earned in the last calendar are your annual status points. Points you redeem for rewards do not affect this. The amount of your annual status points determines your status: Orange, Bronze, Silver, or Gold.

myDFW Rewards Frequently Asked Questions
You must create an account at dfwairport.com or on the DFW Airport App. Once signed in, make parking reservations through your account to earn points toward parking discounts and tier status with every completed stay.
Your welcome bonus will be reflected in your points balance within two hours of signing up.
A completed stay is an exit from the airport after using a prebooked parking reservation.
Yes. Once signed into your account, you can view your booking history. Bookings made as a guest do not earn points and will not appear in your account history.
Earn 200 points in a calendar year, and you’ll achieve Bronze status for the following year. If you earn 500 points in a calendar year, you’ll achieve Silver status for the following year. If you earn 1,000 points in a calendar year, you’ll achieve Gold status for the following year.
If you earned Bronze status this year, you’ll need to earn 200 points by the end of next year to maintain your status. If you earned Silver status this year, you’ll need to earn 500 points by the end of next year to maintain your status. If you earned Gold status this year, you’ll need to earn 1,000 points by the end of next year to maintain your status. If you do not earn enough points to maintain your current status by the end of the calendar year, your status will reset to Orange on January 1. Your points balance will not be affected by a change in tier status
Any pending points associated with the booking will be adjusted in your account to reflect the change.

No, points are not redeemable for cash.
Yes. Points expire two years after they are earned.

Points typically appear in your account within 24-72 hours after you’ve completed your parking stay and exited the airport.
Points can be redeemed through your online account or the DFW Airport App. Available rewards will be displayed once you are logged in.
Yes. You must be logged into your account at the time of booking for points and tier credit to be earned.
No. Points are earned only on eligible prebooked parking reservations made while logged into your account.
No. Points cannot be applied retroactively to bookings made before joining the program or made as a guest.
No. Points can only be earned on Terminal, Remote, and Express products.
No. Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
Points and tier status cannot be merged across multiple accounts.
The excess points are forfeited. To avoid this, always choose a reward that is less than the cost of your parking booking.
