On Nov. 19th, a group of four executives from Charlotte Airport (CLT) come to tour DFW and learn some of CX's processes, projects and successes within the terminals and the FIS area. Margaret was in charge of the initial escort of the group. She went above and beyond her duty to not only show the executives what all the ACES are responsible for, including the checkpoints, but she actively engaged with them and took it one step further by showing them how Appian worked, including having them test out completing a restroom and a gate area inspection as well. They were quite excited about this. Margaret was very thorough and detailed in explaining everything, such as a breakdown of each reporting tool and the contractors responsible for the different sections of the terminal.
