While working on the upper-level curbside in Terminal C, Jacob noticed a mother with two small children that had been dropped off at the curbside. Jacob went above and beyond to stop and ask the mother if she needed help. The mother of two had a few large bags and a stroller that needed to be taken inside. When the mother agreed to allow Jacob to help her, he grabbed both large bags and pulled them to the AA ticket kiosk. Jacob continued to stay with the passenger while she got her tickets and bag tags, then helped her take the bags to the bag drop. Thank you, Jacob, for being considerate and for going above and beyond for our passengers.
