Secure Access Program Overview

A: The Secure Access Program (SAP) is a visitor management system for individuals with a valid business need to access designated areas at DFW Airport. It improves security and provides short-term, vetted access to locations such as Board facilities, AOA gates, and select terminal areas.

A: No. Passes are only valid for the specific location listed in your invitation. They cannot be used to enter terminals or other airport areas.

A: DFW’s third-party vendor (Aptaero) collects and uses facial biometric data to verify identity. If you do not consent to providing biometric data, your access request will not be processed.

A: Each visitor must register individually to ensure proper vetting.

A: No. QR codes are only valid for access to AOA gates or secure areas listed in the invitation. They cannot be used at Entry Plazas.

A: No. Once your registration is reviewed, you will receive an email notifying you of approval or denial.
