DFW By the Numbers
DFW today is in the strongest financial position in its 50-year history. Passenger traffic in FY 2024 reached a record of nearly 87 million passengers, an increase of nearly 19% compared with 73.3 million passengers in FY 2019. During this time of unprecedented growth, Airports Council International named DFW the best large airport in North America for customer satisfaction for the last two consecutive years.
Owned by and centered between Dallas and Fort Worth, one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the United States, DFW is a major economic driver for the North Texas region and the state of Texas. It generates jobs and provides meaningful business opportunities while connecting people and cargo to the world.
