Quality Assurance

At DFW Airport the Quality Assurance Program is to ensure a desired level of quality in a service or product, especially by monitoring and giving attention to every stage of the process from design, production, and owner acceptance.

We follow a 3-Step Process to ensure quality assurance is accomplished:

1. Preparatory Phase - we attend preparatory meetings for construction projects
2. Initial Phase - inspection of all construction activities
3. Follow-up Phase - we follow-up on any issues recorded to ensure corrections are made
