Dallas Chef Kent Rathbun greets DFW Airport travelers with a warm and welcoming “Bonjour!

With White Tail Bistro at Terminal D (D22), guests can enjoy Chef Rathbun's 
newest restaurant in a casual yet elegant setting. The bistro's menu features French-Texan cuisine with a modern day twist.

Dishes are prepared from the freshest and most local ingredients offering guests a one-of-a-kind dining experience. A few of the popular dishes that travelers frequent is the pan-fried bobwhite quail, open-faced grilled grassfed tri-tip sandwich, and the sweet pepper lacquered crispy duck. For dessert, we recommend that you ask the waiter for the daily selection of macaroons. The menu also offers daily delicious breakfast dishes for those catching an early flight.
