Q: How do I take advantage of this promotion?
A: In order to receive the $7.99 per day Terminal or Express Parking rate, book your parking on Wednesday, November 13 (12:00 a.m. CST) through Wednesday, November 20 (11:59p.m. CST) on DFW’s Prepaid Parking website, www.dfwairport.com/park, or through the DFW mobile app. Parking stay is valid for travel anytime between Friday, November 22 through Tuesday, December 3 (by 11:59 p.m. CST). Minimum 48-hour stay required. *Subject to availability.
Q: How does Prepaid Parking Online work?
A: Visit www.dfwairport.com/park. Enter your information as prompted (e.g. departure date/time, return date/time, airline). Dependent on your search dates, parking products on sale will display. Choose the product that you would like to purchase and follow the prompts. You will need your license plate number in order to complete your purchase. Follow FAQ instructions on the website for details on how to enter and exit the airport using your TollTag or generated QR code. Video instructions are also available.
Q. What if I don’t know what Terminal I’m flying out of?
A. You can edit your booking to change Terminals up to 1 hour before your scheduled arrival at DFW. Select your airline and the system will guide you to the correct Terminal. Please note that pricing changes may occur when booking details are edited. You can also park in the Terminal that you booked and use the free Terminal Link (pre-security) or Skylink (post-security) service to get to your Terminal.
If you purchase our Express product a shuttle will pick you up from your car and take you to your respective Terminal.
Q: Which lane do I use when arriving at DFW’s Parking Plazas?
A: QR Code customers can use the lanes designated as QR Code for both entry and exit. TollTag customers must use lanes marked TollTag for both entry and exit.
Q: Can I use my TollTag for this promotion?
A: Yes. In order to redeem this promotion, you must pre-book your parking online which involves pre-paying for your parking with a credit/debit card. Once this is completed, you can enter the south or north Parking Plaza using either your TollTag or a QR code generated by the online booking system.
Q: Can I use this promo for Valet Parking?
A: This promotion can only be used for Terminal or Express Parking and is not valid for Valet Parking.
Q. Can I drive up to DFW on my travel dates and get this deal?
A. No. This promotion only applies to customers who prepay and book online on Wednesday, November 13 (12:00 a.m. CST) through Wednesday, November 20 (11:59p.m. CST) on DFW’s Prepaid Parking website, www.dfwairport.com/park, or through the DFW mobile app. Parking stay is valid for travel anytime between Friday, November 22 through Tuesday, December 3 (by 11:59 p.m. CST). Customers entering the Parking Plazas without prepaying online will be charged regular Parking rates.
Q. What are the Terms & Conditions?
A. Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. You may cancel your booking at any time up to 12 hours before the beginning of your booking arrival time and receive a full refund. To do so, go to the "Find my purchase" section, located in the upper right-hand corner of the Prepaid Parking homepage. You will need the reference number from your payment confirmation email and the email address you provided during the payment process in order to access this file.
Q. What if I need to modify my reservation?
A. Modifications to your reservation may be made at least 1 hour prior to your reservation. Any modifications made outside of the promotional period of November 13 (12:01 a.m. CST) through November 20 (11:59 p.m. CST) will result in forfeiture of the Promotional rate. For Terminal changes ONLY, please email email@example.com with your reservation number and new terminal number. All other modifications to reservations should be made online.

How do I use my prepaid parking to enter the airport?
Once you have received your booking confirmation, you can relax knowing that your parking needs are covered.
How you use your booking to enter and exit DFW airport will depend on whether or not you have a TollTag. Instructions on use of TollTag at DFW Airport Parking are listed Here
You may enter DFW Airport up to 4 hours prior to your booked entry time and exit DFW Airport up to 4 hours after your booked exit time with no additional charges.

What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before booking arrival time will receive a full refund.

How do I book online?
Step 1: Log on to the www.dfwairport.com and follow the links to the Parking and Prepaid Parking pages
Step 2: Select your flight check in and return dates and times and airline:
Step 3: If you have a promotional code please enter it in the Promotion box
Click on the "Continue" button.
Step 4: The system will check parking availability for the dates and times specified by you and will display available parking options, prices and indicate savings from the normal parking rates.
Step 5: Check that the dates and times shown in the box above “Select a location” are correct. If any of the information you may edit it and receive applicable options available.
Step 6: If you have questions concerning the parking facility offered please click on the “More information and map” link above the Select button.
Step 7: Select your parking choice among the options presented.
Step 8: Complete the “Your Details" section by inserting the required information into the boxes provided. Please ensure that the details you provide are accurate.
You will be required to enter the license plate details of the vehicle you will bring to DFW Airport.

I need a receipt for my parking. How do I get one?
I entered a different license plate when I prepaid online than the car I will now be driving to the airport. What happens?
My trip was shorter than the period of time that I prepaid online – do I get a refund?

Step 4: Enter new search criteria and click "Search" button.
Step 5: Select updated product.
Step 6: Confirm your details in the Amendment Summary box. Click "Continue" to confirm changes.
