Proposals sought for restaurant pad sites at Southgate Plaza

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), seeks proposals for new restaurant pad sites at Southgate Plaza, near the Airport’s south entrance. The Request for Proposals (RFP) and related information is available at the DFW Commercial Development website.  The Southgate Plaza Development was conceived in 2010 to create a landmark at the airport’s south entrance.

The 32-acre mixed-use development is envisioned to include a new Hyatt Place Hotel, United States Postal Service Retail Center, consolidated headquarters for DFW Airport, and other office and retail space. The location of Southgate Plaza affords convenient access to passengers, employees, commuter traffic and local residents of nearby cities. Infrastructure projects are currently under construction at the new development site.  Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., Central Time, December 3, 2013. Read more…
