It is the responsibility of DFW Property Management to examine, preserve and safeguard the integrity of Airport facilities. To this end, the team supports DFW tenants by providing property management services. Information on the most common property managment questions can by found by clicking the links below.
The Code Compliance team requires new Airport tenants to apply for and receive a Certificate of Occupancy prior to the establishment of new utility service. This process, which is standard practice in most municipalities, includes an inspection.
Code Compliance also requires that standards for construction and fire prevention be used for the health, safety and welfare of all persons at the Airport. Any time an Airport tenant modifies or alters a facility, excluding painting and carpet replacement, the tenant must apply for and receive a construction permit.
Energy and Utility Services provides reliable, sustainable and cost effective utility services to the Board and its customers. To establish utility service at an Airport facility, contact the Energy and Utility Services group.
Asset Management provides solid waste disposal service on-Airport, including the collection, transport, processing, recycling, disposal, and monitoring of waste materials. To set up a solid waste disposal account and initiate service, contact Asset Management.
The Water Systems group provides superior water services to the Airport and its customers, while perpetuating environmental excellence and focusing on customer safety. To establish a water account, contact the Water Systems group.
The Finance department is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the Airport. These areas include general accounting, accounts receivable, billing, collections, accounts payable, fixed assets, and financial reporting. Airport Operations Center
The Airport Operations Center (“AOC”) serves to enhance overall situational awareness, provide critical situational management capabilities and coordinate responses to all incidents that impact DFW Airport. To this end, the AOC coordinates closely with DPS.
The Airport’s employees and tenants serve as additional “eyes and ears” to ensure situations are reported and resolved quickly. To notify the Airport of nonemergency operational issues, please contact the AOC. For emergency situations, please dial 911.

Asset Management is responsible for keeping grounds under Airport’s control mowed, landscaped and otherwise maintained to ensure that customers have a safe and well managed environment for travel and work. To report issues regarding maintenance of Airport controlled grounds, contact Asset Management.
The Access Control Office (“ACO”) provides its business partners and their employees with badging, fingerprinting, and other services to ensure proper clearance to access secure areas at the Airport. If such security clearance is required, tenants should contact the ACO.
