At DFW, we have healthy options available inside all of our terminals. To get started, we recommend downloading DFW Airport’s official mobile app to browse our list of restaurants for healthy options for the New Year start. Most restaurants offer a variety of healthy options to choose from with dining choices that are low in calories, fat and sodium.
If you have a longer block of time between flights, check DFW Airport's walking path. The path, which has been endorsed by the American Heart Association, provides you with the option to remain active while on the go. The path measures seven-tenths of a mile and is aligned with DFW Airport’s Art Program floor medallions. The course includes informational signage between each of the twelve medallions and stretches between Gates D6 and D40. Want to up the ante? Be sure to add in the two additional 55-foot high staircases that lead up to the Skylink stations.
DFW Airport's Yoga Studios (D40/B1 and E31) and the Interfaith Chapels (A24, C15, D21 and E4) serve as great places to regain some peace.
Minute Suites is our featured nap center located in Terminal D (D22). Minute Suites offers private suites with daybeds, office workstations, printers, showers, and other amenities to help you refresh and rejuvenate in during layovers.
XpresSpa locations are located in each terminal so you can continue to feel relaxed and refreshed during your journey. Massages, pedicures and manicures are some of the services that are offered.
