Commercial Development

Bear Creek Office Park

The Airport's southwest development area of the commercial development parks creates a balanced relationship with Passport Park at DFW when arriving at the south entry from Highway 183. Like Passport Park on the east side of International Parkway, this park creates a unique character with an undulating landscape enhanced with wildflower meadows and heavy tree cover. This development incorporates sustainable design and development measures that capitalize on the unique character that Trigg Lake and Bear Creek provide.

DEVELOPMENT CHARACTER
This business park has a special development opportunity with two large, very attractive sites. These sites have good street access and adjacency to creek and green space amenities, with a high potential for creating an inviting corporate environment. Additional office development space is located along Highway 183 and Highway 360, providing high visibility parcels with good roadway access. Due to the creeks and floodplain in this park, vast amounts of open space are maintained, representing the natural attraction that adds value to future development. Retail uses are located at the corners of Glade Road and Mid-Cities Boulevard along Highway 360, and at Highway 183 just west of Highway 360.
