Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is pleased to announce that beginning April 30, 2012, KLM will begin non-stop service to Amsterdam. The service includes five weekly flights from DFW to Amsterdam and 96 destinations beyond where customers can connect to just in time for the spring and summer festivals. Make the trip aboard an Airbus 330 before May 20th to experience the world-famous Keukenhof, the largest bulb flower park in the world with over 4.5 million tulips in 100 different varieties. Unable to make it before May 20th, no worries, summer in Amsterdam features many more festivals and attractions such as Holland Festival at the beginning of June and The Uitmarkt, the Netherlands largest cultural festival, in August. Amsterdam is one of 49 international destinations with non-stop service available from DFW International Airport. The service is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and can accommodate up to 243 passengers at a time. DFW is proud to offer this non-stop service as part of the Airport’s expanding route network and as another step towards our goal of “connecting the world.”
