Transportation from the main terminals to General Aviation
A free shuttle is provided between all main terminals at DFW and the General Aviation Facility. The shuttle runs every 5 to 7 minutes from the lower level of each terminal at DFW. When arriving at DFW via a commercial flight proceed to the lower level of the terminal and look for the parking shuttle signs located at the curb. The shuttle is red over blue and is named EXPRESS SOUTH. Notify the driver that you are going to General Aviation. Travel time from the main terminals to General Aviation is approximately 10 minutes.

When connecting to a commercial flight at the main terminals, notify the General Aviation representative upon arrival of your airline and flight number. Please be aware that American Airlines and American Eagle operate from four different terminals at DFW. The GA representative will find your terminal and gate number and arrange a shuttle to take you directly to your terminal check-in area. Shuttles picking up at General Aviation normally arrive within five minutes and the travel time to the terminal is approximately 10 minutes.

If you would prefer a sedan service or taxi to provide transportation to the main terminals or to any other destination in the DFW area, please contact your preferred sedan service directly to make prior arrangements or contact a General Aviation representative upon arrival to arrange a taxi. Please be aware that taxis cannot be arranged prior to your arrival at General Aviation.

Driving directions to the General Aviation Terminal
General Aviation is accessible from anywhere in the DFW Metroplex by entering DFW Airport through either the north or south toll booths. After passing through the toll booths look for the exit sign that reads “Express South/General Aviation.” This is a left-hand exit and leads to the Express South parking area. The attendant at the gate to Express South Parking will direct you to General Aviation. Please use the parking spaces along the fence that are designated as General Aviation Parking Only.
