| DFW continues to hear
praise from passengers for the Guest Services Center near Gate
B14 in Terminal B. This unique center, operated by DFW Airport,
provides the traveling public with a professional and comfortable
environment in which to work or relax while waiting for their
departing or connecting flight. The Guest Services Center is
open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and is staffed from 8
a.m. - 7 p.m. by specially-trained volunteers from the Airport
Ambassador program.
The Guest Services Center now features these amenities:
- State-of-the-art private business work stations with Internet
access and desktop telephones
- Wireless network access via Wayport
- Comfortable lounge and seating area
- ATM, postage machine, postal drop, FedEx drop, phonecard
machine and three payphones
- Complimentary reading materials
- Complimentary fax services
- Information booth staffed with friendly Airport Ambassadors
The Guest Services Center at Terminal B, near Gate B14, is the
first location and serves as a prototype for additional centers
to be implemented in other DFW terminals. DFW is proud to offer
this Center for the comfort and convenience of our guests as
the Airport strives to exceed customer expectations at every
stage of the travel process. |
