To assist DFW passengers in the days following the aviation
tragedies, additional Airport employees were ready and waiting
with warm and friendly faces to help out at every DFW terminal,
proactively assisting passengers and families with their needs
- no matter how big and no matter how small.
The volunteers lent a helping hand - from helping passengers
locate their car or assisting with baggage, to finding a hotel
or rental car, explaining the security process or what to
expect while at DFW. They also provided information on the
new parking and security issues, answered any questions from
passengers and offered an ear to listen.
Over 100 additional Airport employees in white DFW t-shirts
were on hand at the terminals September 13 through 16 to help
DFW guests!
