DFW Airport Training is Easy and Offers Great Value!

It is important to remember that these training programs are not only some of the best training classes available around the world, but they are also a tremendous value as well.  Compared to other training courses, the Fire Rescue Training Academy classes are held on the Airport facility property.  This dramatically reduces transfer costs when compared to a facility without fly in/out privileges.  DFW Airport encourages those comparing training costs between multiple facilities to consider ALL expenses.  To assist in this consideration, DFW Airport offers a cost calculator designed to help you collect ALL of the expenses associated with a training course offered elsewhere.  To access this calculator, please click here.

The DFW Department of Public Safety has developed a simple and easy process for signing up for training courses.  Follow the simple steps outlined below to sign up today!

Step 1 – Review the Training Schedule

DFW Airport offers training classes throughout the year to accommodate any schedule.  To review a current training schedule, please click here.  Once you have identified the class you wish to take, please proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 – Registration

Registration is easy!  Simply click here to complete the online registration.  The registration form is available in both English and Spanish versions.  Once complete and submitted, please proceed to Step 3.

Step 3 – Fire Training Agreement

As the final step, please complete the Training Agreement (Firefighters only) by clicking here.  Click the submit button and your registration is complete!
