The Corporate Aviation facility is accessible from anywhere in the DFW Metroplex by entering DFW Airport through either the north or south service roads.

North Entrance
From either I-635, State Highway 114 or State Highway121, exit the north entrance to the Airport. Before the entry plazas, take the Service Road exit and proceed to Crossunder #1. Turn left at Crossunder #1 and go straight through the light. Follow the road to Corporate Aviation.
South Entrance
- From State Highway 183 or State Highway 360, exit to the south entrance to the Airport.
- Exit onto the Service Road heading northbound (bypassing the Airport’s entry toll plazas).
- Proceed north for about 4.5 miles on the Service Road, driving through three traffic lights and past Terminals E, C and A on your right.
- After passing the American Airlines Cargo facility, take the first right turn at Crossunder #1 / East 16th Street, heading east. You will now be on East 16th Street, which will turn into North 24th Ave and is the road to the DFW Corporate Aviation facility.
Airfield Location
Corporate Aviation is located in the Northeast Quadrant of DFW Airport on the 1E Ramp immediately west of the Northeast holdpad. Apron Entry Point (AEP) 1 and 2 off of Taxiway Juliet, or AEP 3 and 4 off of Taxiway Yankee. The primary entrance from the ramp is on the Northeast side of the building.
Pilots
Please contact DFW Corporate Aviation on 122.95 while en route for service requests and upon entering the corporate aviation ramp for parking instructions.
Fueling
Current fuel prices including taxes are $5.75 per gallon for Jet-A and $6.30 a gallon for 100LL. Please be aware that Jet-A is not premixed with Prist. Prices for Prist are $11.73 per quart and are normally added at a rate of 1 quart for each 125 – 150 gallons unless otherwise requested.
Retail fuel is discounted based on the number of gallons purchased as follows:

Contract fuel is available through the broker of your choice. Please contact your broker in advance and inform them that you will be fueling at DFW. A Faxed Fuel Release from the broker is required for ALL contract fuel with the exception of fractional operators. Contract fuel cards are not accepted as payment. Contract fuel is billed directly to the aircraft owner/operator by the broker.
DFW Airport adds a surcharge per gallon payable at the time of checkout on all contract fuel based on the number of gallons fueled as follows:

Landing and facility fees
Landing and facility fees are not waived with fuel purchases. Landing fees are $3.81 for each 1000 pounds of max gross landing weight.
Facility fees are charged for each 24 hour period or part thereof and are based on max gross landing weight as follows:

Transportation from the main terminals to Corporate Aviation
The Corporate Aviation staff will provide transportation to and from the terminals on demand. Please contact in advance to make arrangements. When arriving at DFW via a commercial flight please call Corporate Aviation at 972 574 8899 for complimentary transport to the Corporate Aviation facility. Travel time will be approximately 10 minutes.
When connecting to a commercial flight at the main terminals, notify the Corporate Aviation representative upon arrival of your airline and flight number. Please be aware that American Airlines and American Eagle operate from four different terminals at DFW. The Corporate Aviation representative will find your terminal and gate number and arrange transportation to take you directly to your terminal check-in area.
If you would prefer a sedan service or taxi to provide transportation to the main terminals or to any other destination in the DFW area, please contact your preferred sedan service directly to make prior arrangements or contact a Corporate Aviation representative upon arrival to arrange a taxi. Please be aware that while sedan service can be arranged in advance, taxi service must be made upon arrival.
Rental carsHertz, Avis and Enterprise will deliver rental cars to Corporate Aviation for pickup when the reservation is made with their local offices at the following numbers:

Rental Cars reserved for pickup at DFW Corporate Aviation at the numbers listed may also be returned to the DFW Corporate Aviation facility.

Business Services / Conference rooms
DFW Corporate Aviation has two conference rooms to accommodate your business needs. The meeting space can hold 4 to 10 people and includes a flat screen monitor/tv for presentations. If you are in need of another conference room, several area hotels and restaurants offer these accommodations if reservations are made in advance. Fax, copies and printing services also available. For your convenience, DFW Corporate Aviation also has free Wi-Fi throughout the facility.
RestaurantsAll restaurants at DFW Airport are located inside security, except for those located within the DFW Grand Hyatt Hotel in Terminal D. However, if you’re in the mood for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner ask one of our Corporate Aviation representatives and they will be happy to refer you to one of the local area restaurants and make arrangements to get you there and back.
