| The latest development in priority shipping
is now open at DFW Airport!
DFW is pleased to welcome the most recent
development in priority shipping with the
opening of American Airlines Global Priority
Shipping Center at DFW Airport. The new
facility is the first drive thru-facility
in the country for small package shipments
offered by a passenger airline.
AA's new Global Priority Shipping Center
sets a new standard in customer service
among passenger airlines serving their customers'
small package shipping needs. The facility
is designed to handle 450,000 shipments
per year and offers a climate-controlled
animal care center, a large dock and ramp
system for large vehicles and/or shipments,
and expanded customer parking. A drive-thru
lane will provide quick and easy service
for small shipments, in addition to an expanded
customer service area.
The 14,400 square-foot Center is conveniently
located between DFW's Terminals A, B and
C. In fact, shippers do not have to enter
the Airport through the parking plaza entrances
to reach the Shipping Center, but can reach
the facility by using the service roads
next to International Parkway, the main
road that runs through the middle of the
Airport and allows passengers to reach their
terminals. Click

The
Global Priority Shipping Center also brings
greater convenience to businesses or individuals
wishing to send a package via the next available
flight. The new facility centralizes handling
of American's Priority Parcel Service, and
in the future will handle additional express
shipping products for American, American
Eagle, and other partner airlines.
DFW is pleased to welcome the opening of the
new AA Global Priority Shipping Center, just
another example of DFW's continuing efforts
to remain at the forefront of the shipping
industry for the benefit of the Metroplex
citizens. |
