In order to continue to support the growth and expansion of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW Airport), we are announcing the opening of two Senior Vice President roles to join the executive team. The positions are: SVP, Information Technology Services and SVP, Customer Experience.
The SVP, Information Technology Services responsible for setting the strategic technological direction and ensuring the delivery of innovative product offerings that will help support the growth of the Airport. Oversees a team of technology professionals responsible for application development, infrastructure, terminal systems, disaster recovery and security. Defines short- and long-term technology strategies and ensures alignment between the IT and business strategies.
The SVP, Customer Experience provides key leadership for the Airport by performing strategic level work to elevate DFW to be a global airport leader in the area of customer service and to create a customer centric culture. Leads the organization to collaborate to provide world-class customer service. Manages the customer experience by creating a strategic vision and delivering innovative and effective products and services.
