Under general supervision of the Wellness Manager, maintains the upkeep of the DFW LiveWell Center and personally interacts with customers entering, exiting and using the facility. Using a computer, may perform data collection tasks for the administration of the Airport's health and wellness programs. Becomes familiar with the basics of DFW Airport's Environmental Management System & Environmental Policy and implements Best Management & Good Housekeeping Practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to operate a calculator and personal computer.
- Ability to make basic mathematical computations such as addition and subtraction.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discernment.
- Ability to speak clearly and succinctly, using proper grammar.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Ability to know and adhere to the Airport's policies and procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate a service-oriented approach to internal and external customers.
- Ability to greet Wellness Facility guests immediately and offer assistance in a courteous manner.
- Ability to process transactions and paperwork accurately.
- Ability to respect and protect the Airport's assets.
- Ability to treat others with respect and offer assistance to fellow employees and guests.
- Ability to understand and follow routine oral and written instructions.
- Ability to maintain composure when dealing with customer's complaints.
- Ability to work rotating and flexible hours and shift assignments and report to work on short notice.
- Ability to independently open and close wellness facility, including working hours from 5a - 8p, Monday - Friday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of weight.

Six (6) months of customer service experience.
CPR/AED and first aid certified.
