| Hi David:
Great question, the contest was not directed by Connected. I will contact the proper person to see who won. There were only two entries so I am guessing one of the two or both won.

| Approximately 3,340 acres of DFW property are located in the City of Irving. In 2007, the City collected approximately $1.5 million in taxes on this property. |

| You can expect to hear more about enhancements to our 457 Retirement Plan later this spring.
Like many government entities, DFW offers separate pension plans to DPS commissioned fire and police personnel and general employees. This is typical of government retirement plans. |

| What are the plans on changing the retirement system. There was rumors that it has changed but I have not seen anything on how or when it goes into effect? Why is there a different system for DPS and the rest of the airport? |

| Earlier this week, the question was asked: Will the Airport be taking andvantage of funding made available by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act?
Answer
The Airport expects to benefit from the federal stimulus legislation in a number of ways. First, we are expecting one or more grants from the FAA, totaling up to $20 million, most likely for a runway related project(s). Second, the legislation temporarily eliminated the Alternative Minimum Tax penalty for future airport bonds issued in 2009 and 2010 as well as bonds issued within the last five years. This is important because it will lower airports' cost of borrowing money. DFW's Finance Department is currently evaluating our debt portfolio to determine how we might be able to take advantage of this tax provision to decrease our interest expense.
In addition, DFW will be the beneficiary of monies issued for highway construction projects adjacent to and on airport property. It was recently announced that the DFW Connector project, involving IH-635, SH-114, and SH-121, was awarded $250 million to initiate construction just north of DFW's North entrance. We anticipate that these funds will allow the Texas Department of Transportation to reimburse DFW for construction of additional roadways on airport property that will relieve traffic congestion during the Connector's construction.

| As of the beginning of 2009 there are approximately 104 natural gas wells drilled with 83 wells producing gas to sales at a total gross volume of approximately 70 million cubic feet per day. |

| Can you update the Chesapeake activities on number of wells drilled vs producing as of Jan 1, 2009? |

| Natural gas revenues are based primarily on two different factors: production and price. Up until recently, Chesapeake's drilling activity has been about what we expected; however, the natural gas concentrations in the southern portion of the airport have been lower than what we had seen on the northern section of the airport. With respect to price, it has varied significantly over the past year with a high of around $14 per mcf and a low of about $6 per mcf. Having said that, we were hoping we might get about $30 million in FY 2008 and we recorded $28 million, so we were close. |

| From a revenue perspective, how does Chesapeake Energy's natural gas production at DFW Airport compare with initial expectations? What are the numbers? Were there any hazards? Thanks! |

| The Board's Policy Review Committee completed its biennial review of the Board's policies in August of this year. The next review will be in three years. Visit the Airport Administrations Policies and Procedures Web page and look for revised or new policies to see the latest updates. |

| Regarding the logo on an e-mail signature, you need to follow the Brand guidelines on the intranet, and adhere to proper colors and white space. Other than that, you may use the logo, preferably the gradient version. |

| DFW Bonds are sold though a negotiated sale to an underwriter(s), selected by the Airport Board. The underwriter will resell the bonds to various investors. Although the vast majority of the bonds are sold to institutional investors, insurance companies, mutual funds, and other large investors, there is usually a small number of bonds available to individual investors. To purchase either from a new issue of Airport Bonds or currently outstanding Airport Bonds, which are available in the secondary market, an individual would need to establish a brokerage account and ask his broker to find any available DFW Bonds and purchase them on their behalf.

| My understanding of how the financial markets work is limited. I know that the best strategy to finical security involves diversifying.
The Airport has an excellent pension plan and I also invest in the 457 deferred compensation plan. In addition to these plans and for the sake of diversifying, why can’t Airport employees buy bonds that go towards building Airport infrastructure and are backed and secured by the Airport? I know that for the construction of Terminal D bonds were sold. I am not sure if Airport employees were given the opportunity to directly buy in on some of these bonds. Though the returns are relatively low, they are secure.
Like stock options, could the Airport offer Airport Board employees bond options and use this borrowed capitol to invest in new Airport infrastructure or operation/maintenance of infrastructure?
