We have another winner! Introducing Teresa, who receives a $75 gasoline card. And thanks to everyone who participated in the discussion. We have a couple more days left, but let me say right now — dfwairport.com has the best site visitors. The lively discussion has sparked several new ideas regarding the website, and I can’t wait to put your opinions into action.
I am sad to say this is my last blog entry. It’s been fun. Ya’ll (oops, my Texas is showing) have really provided some unique insights. Thanks again!
Today, we still have a few more website details to cover, so no time for moping. I am just going to dive in.
We haven’t discovered how to control the weather yet, but we can provide you with the latest information. Located on the Travel Planner landing page - http://www.dfwairport.com/travel - the weather mash up link lets you check out current conditions for the Dallas-Fort Worth area or feel free to search for another city’s weather if you choose to do so.
I know I am biased, but I think DFW International Airport has a truly amazing art program. Spectacular sculptures, vivid paintings and intricate mosaics fill our terminals, turning a visit to DFW Airport a truly artistic experience. Now, art lovers can go online and sign up for an on-site tour at http://www.dfwairport.com/art.
And if at any time you can’t click on the info you need, we’ve put a search feature on every single page. Like every change we’ve made, the idea is to put the information you need at your fingertips quickly.
That wraps up our first blog. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Check back next week for our summary of planned site enhancements and for the winner of the last gift card. Thanks for the help, and I’ll see you online soon. |
