| Vast array of helpful information that is easy to navigate. The FlightStats link is not only useful, but fun as well. Links to restaurants and shopping are especially helpful the way the maps are laid out.
Having flown DFW in the past, I find the gate changes very frustrating. Is the gate designation provided on the website for departures real time? |

| Heard about the website update on WBAP this morning. Very nice improvements. Missing one thing, a live, real-time, link to Tower & Ground frequencies. Other than that - great work. |

| flight status on new site is not detailed enough. only shows flights near the time your looking not for the entire day. I drive a shuttle for an airport hotel and I have guest who need more flight options ie gate departure info for more than 1 flight. Please go back to the old format. |

| Congratulations! Job Well Done. My only suggestion is for Volunteers. Folks who log on will never think to look in the Careers section. Perhaps Volunteer information should be somewhere more visible. |

| I am glad to see the new web site for DFW Airport. Being an employee I am a little biased by saying the DFW Airport is the nicest one in all America and now has the nicest web site that is easy to look at and is easy to go through without any problems. I am very proud of it. I know our guest and customers will love it too. |

| The new website is a step in the right direction! The great new interactive map + tours of the terminals really add to the user experience and will be helpful to pre-plan your airport waiting time to make travel less stressful.
Flight tracker information is more easily accessed via Google so I dont see that as a value-add but others might.
Make sure your site is iPhone compatible and you are all set... good job on the launch! |
