DFW Airport Board Operations department is responsible for granting the approval to access the West Cargo Gates. Due to the proximity of the West Cargo Gate (AOA gate 148) to runway 18R/36L and the high volume of traffic that requires use of the gate to access the Northwest Loop Tug Road or the West Cargo complexes an additional matrix code is required to be added to the employee’s SIDA badge. In order to obtain this specific matrix code training is required to be completed. Access to driving in secure areas is a privilege, and one we take seriously. All ground vehicle operators, at a minimum, will complete the following online learning units located on the DFW Airport website: www.dfwairport.com/testcenter. The person registering for training shall use the same name as their badge name. - AOA Gate Entry System Orientation
- Ramp Safety Awareness
- West Cargo Area Emergency Access roadway
Once training is complete, fill out the Code 136 form below with the following information: name, company, badge number, expiration date and the name of person who is authorizing the access.
Phone calls or personal emails will not be accepted. Email the completed form to kparker@dfwairport.com. Click to access the Code 136 form.
