DFW Airport is excited to offer group tours to educational and community organizations. Please submit your request for an available date and you will receive a response within 5 business days. Tours must be booked 21 working days in advance & are subject to approval by the DFW Airport Board Public Affairs Department.
Types of tours available:

A Standard Tour consists of one or more of the below stops, depending on size, grade level and available time of group:
- DPS Fire Station visit and tour
- Airport Operations/Emergency Operations Center visit and overview
- View Plesiosaur (dinosaur) at Central Utilities Plant facility
- Founders Plaza site visit

- Collegiate Level
- Community groups
- Professional Organizations
If a specific area of interest is identified by the group, (ex. Math & Science initiatives, Engineering program, Auto Mechanic program, etc.) a customized tour may be arranged, depending on availability of respective department. Examples of customized tours:
- Students studying Engineering
- Visit to Airport Development/Engineering Building and department representatives
- Travel & Tourism Students:
- Visit with Terminal Management, Ambassadors, Customer Service representatives
- May include briefings by airport stakeholders
- Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
- American Airlines, American Eagle
- Flight Safety International
