The color treatment for this bus is DFW Gradient Blue, which extends along the lower half of the vehicle on the left and right sides. The front of the bus is solid Light Blue and the rear is solid Dark Blue. For specifications of the gradient see the Color Palette page in the Identity section of these guidelines. Color matching of the gradient shall be based on Coated versions of Pantone chips.

On the right and left sides of the bus is a specially formatted version of the linear Airstream illustration applied in white vinyl decal. The size and cropping of the Extended Airstream is based on a universal template for all vehicle types, provided in the Downloads section. Relative orientation of the Airstream, extending from the front of the bus towards the rear, is as shown in these scale drawings. It is applied uninterrupted over the passenger doors, including the glass.

Positioned beneath the passenger windows, adjacent to the Airstream, is the DFW acronym applied in white vinyl decal. Never apply the DFW Logo, DFW Logo & Logotype or any other graphic elements on the exterior of the car, including windows.

The top portion of the bus is white, with a designated area for "Airport Bus" identification, applied in Black vinyl decal. Typography is Avenir Roman 55 (for Macintosh) in capital letters. Please refer to the Typography page in the Identity section of these guidelines. This identification is positioned on the right and left sides of the bus in the position shown in these scale drawings.
